Kennedy was referred to me, to assist a friend in selling his house; it was listed and sold in less than 3 weeks, around $25k more than he expected to get! Kennedy is a phenomenal real estate agent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area! We were first time home-buyers and were relatively new to the area, and she really took the time to make sure we had all of the information and help we needed and were comfortable every step of the way. She was always available if we had questions, and when we went to look at houses she did a great job finding homes that fit our priorities and pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed. Kennedy is a terrific, hard working realtor who knows what she's doing. This was the first time we were selling a home and she made everything so easy. We listed our home on a Thursday and that Sunday she was doing an Open House. She did another Open House the following Sunday and we had three offers within two weeks. She handled all of the nit picky fixes the buyers were requesting and found professional, reliable contractors to handle those requests without costing us a fortune. She oversaw everything and would communicate with us, so we knew where we were in the process every step of the way. If you are selling your home, you must hire Kennedy as your realtor. She will work hard for you!
