The work
I started Arrive Properties because the franchise model didn't fit how I wanted to work with people. A small practice means I see every house I sell. I write every listing description. I answer the phone.
In Lexington, that means resale homes. The 1920 brick on a quiet street near Ashland Park. The bungalow in Bell Court that needs the right buyer. I look at houses for a living, and I look at them carefully.
In Richmond, that means new construction. Magnolia Pointe, Shiloh Cove, and the subdivisions around them. I sit with you through the customization decisions, the change orders, the punch list. New construction is the biggest customization decision most families ever make. You should not be alone in it.
